Liberty Village sits in a tight grid between the rail corridor and the Gardiner, a former industrial pocket now defined by two eras of building side by side. Living in Liberty Village
Life here happens on foot within a few blocks. The old factory courtyards now hold cafes, gyms, restaurants, and offices, so the daily loop - coffee, groceries, workout, dinner - rarely requires leaving the grid. The Exhibition GO and King streetcar put downtown and the waterfront minutes away, and the Martin Goodman Trail and lakefront are a short walk south past the Gardiner. It skews young and professional, with a real weekday-office energy and weekend patio scene. The trade-off is the enclosed feel: the same rail lines that give it identity also make getting in and out a matter of a few chokepoints.
