Outside, a (2022) Timber Tech composite deck extends the living space into the forest, built for year round enjoyment.The wide 109 foot lot gave us room to shape the outdoors into something special - a forest edge fire pit gathering area and a gentle path that leads to our community's private, gated 400x100ft sandy beach on Georgian Bay. And right in front of the house, the Georgian Trail runs past your doorstep, connecting you to miles of cycling, running, and four season adventure. Practical comforts were just as important to us: asphalt parking for eight cars, professionally designed landscaping that blends seamlessly into the forest, and a (2020) hot tub tucked in to its own private corner of the property.
